Indulgences tonight. My god, I just want someone to care. Some foolish girl fresh out of engagement that wants me to show her sexual depravity. Another girl that is fresh out of her ex’s house that is sweet, but confused, I believe. I can’t catch a break. I’m not interested in the sex anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I love sex, but I’m so tired of it not meaning anything. I’ve had my share of that when I was young. I’ve experienced it when it means something, and the other holds no comparison. I’m just looking to meet someone sweet, and someone I can be sweet to. She has potential, but she’s got to get her shit together. It’s spring, and I’m aching to have someone at my side for the season where everything gets loud and beautiful. Where buds burst into blossom, and birds kamikaze through warm worn streets. Where my friends and I are seldom seen in a moment of discontent or quiet. Where we wear these ugly streets down to their bones. I want a beautiful girl there to make it all the sweeter. I want someone to write about. I want someone to consume me. To prove my numerous cynicisms wrong. I want to sing, burn, dance, drink, and lose myself to something truly inspiring. Please, be that woman.
